Laverne Coley
Director
Laverne has led Cardigan since it opened as a ministry of Grace Baptist Church. She greets families at the front door and knows every child by name.
Laverne grew up in Lenoir County and has worked with children at the church for most of her life, in the nursery, in Sunday school and now at Cardigan. She wants every family to meet her, and the Notice of Compliance, before they decide.

How Laverne runs the center
Laverne is the first person you meet at a tour and the person you call when something changes. She goes over tuition in writing and walks you through the notice we operate under.
When your child is ready to move up a room, she talks with you first, and your child visits the next room with a teacher they already know.
